By recovering up to 90 per cent of the water that we use, we save up to 850,000 litres a day of this precious resource. We then either recycle it or return it to the environment, cleaner than when we sourced it. We also harvest run-off water from our milking parlour and roof water from the dairy, and do all we can to reduce our consumption and to avoid run-off water in our fields.
Ivy’s Reserve was created by our grandmother, a pioneer cheesemaker, talented cook, countrywoman and nature-lover. A century later, her Cheddar and butter have won countless awards and are now enjoyed around the world.
