Who will Deliver my Order?

We send all our products via APC courier services. Delivering Tuesday – Friday.

How much does delivery cost?

All prices displayed on our shop are inclusive of delivery.

Will I have to sign for my delivery?

Providing your parcel fits through the letterbox, you will not be required to sign or be at home at the time. If your delivery will not fit through the letterbox, then you will be required to sign. If you are not in, then you will find a ‘sorry we missed you’ card with details on how to rearrange delivery. For more detailed information visit:

Do you offer international delivery?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international delivery. We deliver to Mainland UK only excluding the Highlands & Islands.

When will I receive my order?

All orders should be delivered within two to three working days of being dispatched. Dispatch from our Farm Shop usually takes four working days. We will let you know when your order has been sent so you can keep an eye out for it.

Can I return my order?

Sorry, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange on perishable goods.

Can I change my delivery address?
