Ivy’s Reserve Vintage Cheddar

Our outstanding cheese is the world’s first carbon neutral Cheddar, made the old way with 100% Green Energy. On our family farm in the English county of Somerset, the home of Cheddar, we follow the recipe perfected by our grandmother Ivy almost a century ago, selecting and ageing our Cheddar for up to 18 months under wood until it takes on a very particular creaminess, complexity of flavour and nutty, rounded finish.

Ivy’s Reserve is now available in packs of 1.1lb (500g) in branches of Costco.

    We suggest you serve Ivy’s Reserve as our grandmother Ivy did at home: as simply as possible. Ivy often sliced it with fruit or added chutneys and pickles, along with a slice of her own homebaked bread. We also recommend sourdough crackers to bring out its natural sweetness. To drink, Ivy’s is perfectly complemented by a full-bodied red wine or a glass of Somerset cider.
