Big Cheddar Sharing Board

Serves: 6

Cooking time: 10 minutes to assemble

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bunch of grapes, red or green
  • 2 apples/pears
  • 2 figs
  • 4 celery sticks
  • 2 fennel bulbs
  • A handful of pickles (cornichons, pickled onions or gherkins)
  • 250g/7oz Ivy’s Reserve Vintage Cheddar, sliced
  • A handful of dried fruit (apricots, figs)
  • A handful of nuts (walnuts, almonds)
  • Marinated olives
  • 1 jar of chutney/jam
  • Baguette

Big Cheddar Sharing Board Recipe

METHOD

  1. Put your Ivy’s Reserve in the centre of the board.
  2. Arrange the crackers and baguette around the cheese.
  3. Add the fruit and vegetables. You can try slicing some of these into wedges and different shapes for extra style.
  4. Add a handful of dried fruit and nuts along with the pickles, chutney and olives.
  5. Tuck in and enjoy!
